James is an inspiring Master Coach. He shares his passion for coaching, leadership and personal growth with professionals, CEOs and senior executives, enhancing their lives to drive superior business performance.

James embarked on his personal leadership journey with the British Army in 1983, spending one-year learning leadership before joining the elite paratroopers. During active service James recognized the powerful impact high performance teams demonstrate when effectively led. Pursuing a passion for social justice he graduated in Law, and was instrumental in changing British and Australian laws to protect the international rights of children.

James provides executive coaching to a discerning group of clients from professional service backgrounds including banking, legal, finance, insurance, along with technology, media and pharmaceutical sectors. He facilitates their journey through uncharted territory using the innovative coaching programs and services he has created to offer a tailored, results-based service. His coaching sessions assist others to discover new insights about themselves and develop their business and leadership capabilities.
